Share Your Story – Help Expose the Truth

The Family Court system is meant to serve justice, yet too often, it fails those who depend on it most. If you have experienced unfair treatment, bias, or systemic failures within the  Ontario Family Court System, your voice matters.

We are gathering real-life accounts to document patterns of judicial misconduct, ignored evidence, procedural failures, and other injustices that impact families across Ontario. Your submission will contribute to a growing body of evidence exposing the challenges within the system.  Family court is no longer about justice—it is an industry built on secrecy, where money takes precedence over children’s well-being. The more voices that come forward, the harder it will be for this corruption to continue unchecked.

What We’re Looking For:

• Instances where you were denied the opportunity to speak or present critical evidence.
• Judicial decisions that ignored facts, evidence, or due process.
• Inappropriate remarks or conduct by judges or legal professionals.
• Procedural delays, bias, or misconduct that affected the outcome of your case.
• Lawyers or other professionals who acted unethically or misrepresented facts.

How You Can Help:

Ensure credibility, please stick to verifiable facts and personal experiences. Instead of making accusations, describe what happened objectively and include any supporting details you have. Locations of the court, dates of the hearings, names of the offending parties.

We understand that sharing your experience is  personal.  When you submit your story you authorize us to use it on the website or for other publication.

Our goal is to document and expose systemic issues in family court.  A first name and town will be attached to your story only example:  John from Whitby.  We will compile the stories for publication on the website and to be compiled and printed  to send to the Provincial and Federal Government.  You authorize us to make any necessary edits for clarity.
