Ontario Family court isnโt broken by accidentโitโs rigged by design. For decades, judges and lawyers have upheld a system that punishes fathers, prioritizing bias, money, and power over truth and justice.
Why does this keep happening? Hereโs whatโs really behind the corruption:
Outdated Gender Bias โ Courts treat fathers as visitors and payors, not equal parents. Legal Industry Profit Motive โ Child support is tied to custody, fueling battles for financial gain. Law Society Abandons Its Role โ The Law Society no longer holds lawyers accountable. Misconduct is ignored, false narratives go unpunished, and ethical violations are routine. Instead of upholding justice, they protect their ownโallowing corruption to thrive unchecked. Judicial Culture & No Accountability โ Family Court judges operate in an outdated, unchallenged system, where laziness has replaced diligence and convenience outweighs justice. With no real oversight, they issue rulings that are impossible to appeal, while transcripts are withheldโshielding misconduct from scrutiny. This isnโt justice; itโs a broken system protecting itself. A so called Court of Equity 
Systemic Policy Failures โ One-sided policies enable false allegations and legal manipulation. Political & Bureaucratic Apathy โ No one in power wants to admit the system is broken. Evidence is ignored. The truth is dismissed. Fathers are set up to fail.๐๐ณ ๐๐ผ๐ ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ป๐ธ ๐๐ผ๐ ๐ต๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ด๐ต๐๐ ๐ฎ๐ ๐ฎ ๐ณ๐ฎ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ฟโ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ป๐ธ ๐ฎ๐ด๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป. The systemโs goal is to dehumanize fathers, reducing them to nothing more than ๐ฉ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ข๐ฅ๐ฆ & ๐ฃ๐๐ฌ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฆ. Legal battles are deliberately dragged out for years to keep the cash flowing, while judges, unchecked and unaccountable, seem to be losing control entirely. This isnโt justiceโitโs court-sanctioned discrimination.
